The heartbeat is the movement that occurs as the heart pumps blood around the body. It is very important for one to have his/her heartbeat check up.

Why?

A slower-than-normal heartbeat may be a symptom of a condition known as Bradycardia. Tachycardia, is a condition whereby the heart beats faster than normal when at rest. If such conditions go on unnoticed, they may have serious effects such as; cardiac arrest, heart failure or stroke.
