Mended Hearts supports heart patients and their families through hospital visits, support group meetings and education. Its mission is to help people understand that there can be a rich, rewarding life with heart disease. Mended Hearts is a national, non-profit organization affiliated with the American Heart Association. The St. Cloud area chapter is supported locally by the CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center.

Nicotine Dependence Program
The Nicotine Dependence Program gives you the tools to quit tobacco in five weekly individual or group sessions. The sessions focus on support, medicine for quitting, relapse prevention and a self-help plan.
